Adept's unknown numbered member. He's an expert Marksman wielding the element of Lead.
Appearance
Jackal is a very slender man, whose looks very decrepit, looking like an actual skeleton, as his cheekbones are visibly show, as well as his pale white skin. He has short, spiked, purple hair. He is usually seen wearing a mask on his face, and a white coat, and white pants.
Personality
Nothing is known about his personality except that he is very cold hearted, not caring if he killed innocent civilians in the process of trying to kill Sasha.
Story
Appeared shortly in an attempt to assassinate Sasha when he temporarily lost his powers but failed in his assassination attempt and was stabbed with an iron chain which Sasha controlled after getting his powers and memories back. He lives after being stabbed and still tries to shoot Sasha and Elizabeth only to have the sodium in his body ignited by Shinichiro Ootori.

Expert Marksman:Jackal is shown to be very skilled with a bow and arrow, being able to shoot deadly shots at Sasha, at a very far distance.
Qwaser of Lead:Jackal has the ability of controlling lead, which he uses to make lead arrows, allowing him to shoot them like bullets.
